  • Failure to use purchased credits before expiration
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase
  • Services already consumed or downloaded

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellations within 7 days of initial subscription: Full refund
  • Cancellations after 7 days: No refund, service continues until end of billing period
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered for technical issues lasting more than 48 hours

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancellations within 14 days of initial subscription: Full refund
  • Cancellations after 14 days but within 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months
  • Cancellations after 30 days: No refund, service continues until end of billing period

3.3 Free Trials

Free trials can be canceled at any time without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Refunds for charges after free trial conversion are subject to the standard refund policy.

4. Credit and One-Time Purchase Refunds

4.1 Credit Packages

  • Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days of purchase
  • Partially used credits: Pro-rated refund for unused portion within 14 days
  • Expired credits: Non-refundable

4.2 One-Time Purchases

  • Digital products: Refundable within 7 days if not downloaded or used
  • Premium features: Refundable within 7 days if not accessed
  • Add-on services: Subject to individual terms at time of purchase
